Date: Friday, October 23rd
Time: 6PM
Location: Parsons Design & Technology, 2 West 13th Street, 10th floor Lab
RSVP: karen at gamesforchange.org

Please join us to playtest a creation-in-progress at Parsons.

Independent New York game designers Karen Sideman and Eric Zimmerman (both
Parsons adjunct faculty) invite interested students and other game players
to playtest a (non-digital) game currently in development. The playest will
be on Friday October 23 at 6pm in the 10th floor Lab at 2 West 13th Street.
Pizza and an evening of challenging fun will be provided.

The game, called "Tribes" is a massively multiplayer in-person social
strategy game. Players are Neolithic hunters and gathers struggling against
nature, fate and each other to survive, expand and maybe invent the wheel.
Expect fierce rivalry, suave negotiation and outright deception as tribes
compete for scarce resources, but the game also offers the possibility of a
unique collaborative victory.

Can you lead your tribe out of the Stone Age?
