[IGDA-NYC-announce] IGDA NYC Demo Night! (and other upcoming events)

Hi folks-

We are less than a week away from the next IGDA NYC Demo Night event and it
is shaping up to be a great one. I hope you can all make it out. Read on for
details about next week's event and for some reminders about events
happening THIS week.

*IGDA NYC Demo Night*
Where: Wollman Hall at the New School University
65 West 11th Street, 5th Floor (enter at 66 West 12th Street)
in Manhattan
When: *Monday, March 29th*, 6:30-8:30 pm

As a warm up to a fantastic set of game demos from local developers, we'll
first hear from Kristy Sundjaja from the NYC Economic Development
Corporation (http://www.nycedc.com) with an overview of city programs that
may be applicable to game developers like us. The entrepreneurs and business
owners among you will not want to miss this.

Then, our stellar line-up of game presenters includes:

   - Eric Zimmerman and Nathalie Pozzi
   - Austin Lane, Muse Games
   - Dave Gilbert, Wadjeteye Games
   - Nikita Mikros, Tiny Mantis
   - Jason Schreiber, Powerhead Games

This is a rare opportunity to get behind-the-scenes insight from veteran
game developers, to find out more about economic growth programs in New York
City, AND to eat free pizza. Don't miss it! Space is limited (and so is the
pizza), so get there by 6:30 to ensure that you get a seat (and a slice.)

Afterwards, we'll adjourn to a nearby watering hole to continue the
conversation.
